Happy Holidays from 15 Craigside featuring a pre-New Year vegetable ozoni with soba on December 31, followed by a second enhanced ozoni for New Year 2022 brunch with assorted sashimi:
My ozoni this year featured abalone, clams, scallops, shiitake and button mushrooms, water chestnuts, various konbu (macroalgae), wagyu beef fat, Chinese and mustard cabbage and roasted mochi. There were five alcoholic drinks, the four above and some Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch in the ozoni.
