How come Donald Trump is not in jail yet?  Well, the beginning of those  lawsuits and criminal depositions  is occuring: One is almost nothing, for it had to do with  his guards roughing up protesters  way back in 2015. Next, or maybe even first,  Summer Zervos  ( right ), a contestant in his The Appentice calling her a liar during his 2016 presidential campaign after she accused him of unwanted kissing and groping when she was seeking career advice in 2007, a year after she appeared on his show. Now 75 years old, E. Jean Carrol suing Trump for defamation, for slander long after he raped her in a New  York City department store way back in the mid-1990s.  Circuit Court of Appeals will soon hear arguments in December.
