What is particularly frightening is the change from 2021 to 2022.  The lake actually filled to capacity in 1983 and 1999.  However, today the level equals the lowest point since April of 1937 when it was first being filled.  According to NASA: The largest reservoir in the United States supplies water to millions of people across seven states, tribal lands, and northern Mexico.
