We checked into the Tokyo Ritz Carlton, and splurged to stay at the Club level, which allows access to their Club Lounge.  It's a once in a lifetime experience, which I've now enjoyed three times.    Here is one posting from 2016 .   According to this article , it is only the third most expensive hotel in Tokyo, with #1 being the Aman Tokyo and #2 the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo.  How expensive? 150 yen per U.S. dollar.
