Happy Holidays from 15 Craigside featuring a pre-New Year vegetable  ozoni  with soba on December 31, followed by a second enhanced ozoni for New Year 2022 brunch with assorted sashimi: My  ozoni  this year featured abalone, clams, scallops, shiitake and button mushrooms, water chestnuts, various konbu ( macroalgae ), wagyu beef fat, Chinese and mustard cabbage and roasted mochi. There were five alcoholic drinks, the four above and some Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch in the ozoni. -
