MY BEST DINNER IN MONTREAL

I'll start with those two t ropical storms approaching Hawaii.   Both will become serious hurricanes....but largely miss the islands. Hurricane Karina , to the east and north, just attained Category 4 strength, but should slowly weaken as she heads on a path that will be just north of the Hawaiian Islands around the time of my birthday, September 6.  Unfortunately, we will board the Silver Whisper on September 3 to Honolulu. Lowell will become a hurricane today and move westward, just south of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Sheraton Le Centre is ideally located in the middle of the Montreal Golden Square Mile.  Around 100 yards  away are three Oriental restaurants.  We went had a Chinese lunch on Thursday, Korean lunch of Saturday, and Japanese dinner on Sunday. Dinner began with edamame and miso soup with Sapporo Beer and hot sake. Then a salad. We shared a Sukiyaki meal. End of meal with noodles. Then green tea ice cream. DAY 4 IN SEOUL: Most popular Korean Songs from the 1950's to the Present

Korean music was almost totally missing, growing up in Hawaii.  The exception was  Arirang .   Today, BTS and BLACKPINK resonate around the world.  In addition to the 600 year-old  Arirang,  what is the all-time #1?  My favorites are: Baby Shark , released by Pinkfong in 2016. For one, it is the most-viewed You Tube video ever, hitting 7 billion views and surpassing  Despacito  in 2022.   Is now up to 16.47 billion views, with  Despacito  at 9 billion.
