Before answering that question, I'll start with something really important.    How to use a N95 mask more than once.     I largely provided this information last week, but it doesn't hurt to repeat by indicating my variation to a  Wirecutter   article. Get seven small paper bags, each big enough to hold a N95 mask.   Write a different day of the week on the bags:  Sunday, Monday, etc. Place a N95 mask in each. Wear the mask of that day, and after doing so, place it back into that bag. This virus is supposed to die after three days of exposure. They say four days should be sufficient, so five is safer.  Seven might be more convenient for there are seven days in the week.  A typical box of N95 NIOSH masks holds 20. A few other points: Moisture, especially from vigorous use working out in a gym could wet your mask.  This is why you use a paper bag because it breathes, unlike a ziplock bag.   WHY YOU SHOULD UPGRADE TO A N-95 MASK...NOW That's my blog posting of a few days ago. Finally, the  CDC effectively said so yesterday .  Well, not exactly, for they only said N95 and KN95 masks offer the best protection.  They stopped short of saying wear those masks, or else.  I just bought those  N95 masks from Amazon  for a little more than a dollar each.  However, I checked today, and they are out of stock.   There has been one question about this Pandemic that has long been been troubling me.  How many actual cases of COVID-19 have there been?    Worldometer   this morning said 315,382,956 total World cases ( 5,526,156 total deaths ) and 1,359,838 in the USA ( 864,193 total deaths ). In July of 2020 the  MIT Management Sloan School  thought that infections were 12 times higher and deaths 50% higher than reported!!!  They indicated that the CDC corroborated their study.  Also, if testing at a high rate occurred earlier, there would have been far fewer deaths.  This was 18 months ago.
