DONALD TRUMP: Upcoming Wins and Losses

Donald Trump will win some and lose some.  He's had some important wins so far, most having do with the Republican presidential primaries, ownership of the Republican Party and affect on Congress.  My speculation of what will happen into the future.  First, I predict that he will become the Republican presidential candidate.  A good win for him.  If, against current odds, he selects Nikki Haley as his vice-presidential running mate, another big win for him. Let me start with the Supreme Court, and all the following are my guesses. They will allow him to run for president, a win for Trump. They will say, by not hearing the appeal court decision, or taking time to make a Supreme Court decision, that Trump is not immune from prosecution.  A huge loss for Trump. But when will all that clarify?  Almost surely by this summer, and probably even very soon. This will allow the DC trial involving Special Prosecutor Jack Smith / Judge Tanya Chutkan to proceed some time this summer. About thos

THE FURTHER TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS OF DONALD TRUMP

  The   trials and tribulation of Donald Trump   continue this week: Last week he was found liable for $83.3 million in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case.  And, by the way, that $5 million awarded to her had to be paid, and will be held by the state pending appeal.  The same will occur this time too, which means that Trump will need to sell something to meet that need.  I might add a  thing or two about Carroll . There is a  photo of Trump and Carroll (circled) in the 1980's  when she was in her 40's.  She was then writing for Saturday Night Live.  She looked pretty attractive. She has been twice divorced, the second one in 1990. In the mid-90's she was host and producer of the Ask E. Jean television series aired on NBC's American's Talking, the predecessor to MSNBC.  She won a CableACE Award in 1995. The incident occurred around 1995, or 1996.
