15 Craigside has been here now for 15 years.
- I lived next door and saw this building under construction. Opened in 2011.
- So late in 2013, on a lark, I decided to visit this place on a Saturday morning.
- I wasn't really interested in a seniors' facility, so never checked other options.
- During the tour, the agent indicated that there was an apartment just opened that was returned because the purchaser decided to not move in.
- If I were the first to pick, this is the one I would have selected because it was on the top floor with an open view of the ocean. The two adjacent towers were each on the sides, so those living there could not see mine. Gave them a $20,000 check and came in May of 2014.
So, anyway, 15 Craigside hosted a 15th Anniversary dinner.
