- Peace in Iran?
- Israel attacked Lebanon again.
- Iran downed an American helicopter, and President Donald Trump vowed to take revenge. And just did.
- Notwithstanding, for the 38th time since the war began 103 days ago Trump nevertheless indicated that a ceasefire was imminent.
- Your health?
- An international team of scientists published a report in the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs.
- Americans (which I'm sure also means others living elsewhere) should limit alcohol consumption to NO MORE THAN ONE DRINK/DAY.
- Researchers looked at 56 systemic reviews of the relationship between alcohol and health and found...
....men who consumed more than 6.5 drinks per week and women who consumed more than seven drinks per week had greater than a 1-in-1,000 lifetime risk of dying from an alcohol-related disease or injury. The risk jumps to greater than 1 in 100 for both sexes if they have more than 8.5 drinks a week. At 14 drinks a week, Americans’ lifetime risk climbs to 1 in 25.
- We're doomed. In some cruises where we buy a drinks package, they only allow up to 15 alcoholic drinks/day. We have on occasion reached that limit.
- Sports?
- The San Antonio Spurs beat the New York Knicks in Game 3 of the NBA finals, and are behind 2-1, with the next game tomorrow.
- The Las Vegas Golden Knights are ahead of the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1, and they play tonight at 5PM EDT in Las Vegas.

To close, you would think that songs staying the longest at #1 on Billboard would have come from Elvis or The Beatles or Michael Jackson or Taylor Swift. Well, no. The top three songs to spend the most weeks at #1 in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 are:
#1" All I Want for Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey - 22 weeks. Why? Makes about $3 million every year since 1994.
#2 "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" by Shaboozey - 19 weeks
#3"Old Town Road" by Lil Nas X featuring Billy Ray Cyrus - 19 weeks [1, 2]
