- It's looking like the Supreme Court will allow Donald Trump to run for president.
- He will win all the delegate votes in the Nevada caucus,
- He prevailed over Congress by having his followers delete any progress on border talks.
So what about Trump's future? The following is pure speculation based on what I know about the trials and taradiddles of Donald Trump.
- The Supreme Court will rule that Colorado, certainly, but all other states, too, must allow Trump to run for president if he wins the nomination of the Republican Party in mid-July.
- However, when they make that declaration, or not long after that, they will indicate by their actions, that he is not immune to prosecution.
- Finally, the Supreme Court will say that if he is judged guilty in Georgia or DC of his coup attempt, Trump will abdicate his position as president if he wins re-election on 5November2024. He will not be able to pardon himself.
- If the Supreme Court makes the above decision in a timely manner, they need to do this before the Republican Convention in July, for that could determine if that party will want him to be their candidate. However, by Super Tuesday, March 5, Trump will be so far ahead in the primaries that it will essentially be too late for Republicans to select anyone else.
- Chances are that the Supreme Court is just as concerned about the danger of Donald Trump regarding the future of the country that it will act soon. But when?
- This sounds so much like 6January2021 in the USA, but Bolsonaro is being investigated for allegedly plotting a military coup after his electoral loss to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (on the left) in 2022.
- Brazilian police today confiscated Bolsonaro's passport and accused him of editing a draft decree to overturn election results, pressuring military chiefs to join a coup attempt and plotting to jail a Supreme Court justice.
- Arrested were four former aides.
- Search warrants were placed against four ex-ministers.
- Bolsonaro has already been ruled politically ineligible until 2030 for spreading election falsehoods, and faces several other criminal probes that could land him in jail.
- He has denied any wrongdoing, and says these accusations are politically motivated.
- In almost every way, Bolsonaro is a twin of Donald Trump.
- Similarly, President da Silva is playing the role of President Joe Biden.
